Dear Lakers,

Your journey back to another CHAMPIONSHIP begins tonight with your 1st pre-season game against the Warriors. Yeah, it's only pre-season but you're the champs...all eyes are on you. There are some real interesting factors I'll be looking forward to watching this season: RonRon in LA, Trevor in Houston, Shaq in Cleveland, Boston sucking more, & our road to defending our title. Oh yeah, and we're still the best team in the league.

My mind's been a whirlwind of free agent rumors, and although my version of the ideal 09-10 season seems to be fading ever so swiftly into the purple horizon, I am a LAKER fan before I am a fan of any single player. So if it really is true...welcome to LA, Ron.
